Who We Are

Helping the Helping is an initiative at Westfield Counseling Collective to

support those who support our community.

We know that our community is what it is because people like you pour your heart into your work. We want to protect your passion and pour into YOU so you can live our your mission for the long-haul.

Through workshops, support groups, and individual counseling, we will equip you in ways that are meaningful and practical.

WHEN will it happen?

We are in the midst of planning the timing of our workshops and support groups.

Both will launch in 2027.

Counseling Scholarships are available now.

HOW is this paid for?

This initiative has been started thanks to a grant from the Advancing Westfield Foundation!

Workshops and Groups will be FREE to Westfield Helpers.
Individual Counseling Scholarships will be available to offset therapy costs on an as-needed basis.

We hope to grow Helping the Helpers to become part of Westfield's culture of care.
